Cerebral has changed my life, before I didn't know where to turn I just know I needed help. They gave me that and so much more. I've been on the RIGHT medication for over a year now and I'm Forever grateful for them and their teams support

I've tried Cerebral a couple times over the years and either couldn't afford to keep paying for it or just gave up, but at the beginning of last year I started using it again and I've found out so many things out about myself and what helps or doesn't help. I've found medications that really work for me. My partner has also been using Cerebral and they love it. I'm very comfortable with my care team and really feel like my prescriber cares about me as a person which gives me motivation to keep getting better.

I knew something wasn't right with me, Just couldn't put my finger on it. I reached out to Cerebral and had an appointment with 24 hours and My doctor is the sweetest lady ever, super friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. She diagnosed me and got me on my way to feeling better. I'm still reeling from the diagnosis. But at least it gave me some clarity and some answers.

Our program is built to give you specific goals and milestones to look forward to and help measure your progress over time. Our goal is that you’ll learn the skills to navigate life’s challenges on your own — and know you have the long-term support of your care team whenever you need it.
When you join Cerebral, you will:
These steps give important structure to your mental health care journey and help you make more meaningful progression with your therapist or prescriber over time. Every person’s journey is different, and our approach is tailored to your specific needs and flexible enough to make adjustments to your treatment along the way.

Yes. After you sign up and choose a service, you’ll see all available prescribers who are licensed in your state. From there, you can learn a bit about each one and see when they’re available to meet. Once you find a prescriber you want to work with, you can book a session right away.
Most of our clients are able to meet with someone within 3 days of signing up.
We can prescribe thousands of medications that help manage symptoms for a wide range of conditions — including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD.
Common medications we prescribe include:
Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs)
Escitalopram (Lexapro), sertraline (Zoloft), fluoxetine (Prozac), and more.
Serotonin & Norepinephrine Reuptake Inhibitors (SNRIs)
Duloxetine (Cymbalta), desvenlafaxine (Pristiq), and more.
Atypical Antipsychotics
Aripiprazole (Abilify), olanzapine (Zyprexa), quetiapine (Seroquel), ziprasidone (Geodon), and more.
We do not prescribe controlled substances such as benzodiazepines or stimulants at this time — but we can prescribe other medications that are helpful for treating many symptoms and conditions that are treated with these types of controlled substances.
In your first month of a medication plan, you will meet with your prescriber to complete your intake (typically one session, but may take more). Then you’ll schedule a follow up session, which typically occurs about 30 days after intake is complete. Timing can vary based on your prescriber’s recommendation.
After that, you’ll meet up to two times per month as your prescriber determines is clinically appropriate.
If you need additional support between sessions, you can log into your account and send a message to our on-call care team anytime.
Your subscription includes up to two sessions per month, though you may schedule additional sessions for an additional fee. Exceptions may apply if your prescriber has determined that you have an extenuating medical need.
If your prescriber does determine that you have an extenuating medical circumstance that requires additional sessions, they may decide not to bill you for additional sessions.
If your prescriber does not determine any extenuating circumstances, you will be billed $25 per session beyond the 2 sessions included in your subscription plan.
If you are concerned about additional costs but need an additional session with your prescriber, log into your account to send us a message so we can help.
We’re here to support you whenever you need it.
If you are experiencing serious side effects or need emergency help — call 911 immediately.
If you are not experiencing serious side effects or having an emergency — you can discuss any questions, concerns, side effects, or prescription refills with your care team. Log into your account to send them a message. Responses may take up to 2 business days.
If you would like to contact your prescriber directly, schedule a session with them.
Length of treatment will depend on many factors. The goal is to provide you with the right amount of care for the right amount of time it takes for you to feel better.
You will work closely with your prescriber to find the right medication, dose, and regimine for you — and then make any necessary adjustments over time as needed. Every person is different, and long term options may be appropriate for some people and not for others.
Whether medication is helpful for you long-term or short-term, our team is here to guide you.
Clients who combine medication with regular therapy tend to show better outcomes in their mental health. Medication helps manage your symptoms, while therapy is designed to help you build life long skills to navigate life’s challenges. Both work together to make the most meaningful improvements on your mental health, and may reduce how long you continue treatment.
Addressing mental health concerns is not always a linear process, and support at Cerebral is available for as long as you need it.
